I am happy to distribute the following, regarding California. I know the general theme applies to every state. I wish you success, Charles.

NOTE: PLEASE FORWARD
THE CALIFORNIA PRISON INDUSTRY?
Industry (as defined by Webster's): Obs. Skill, ingenuity. Habitual diligence in any employment or pursuit; steady attention to business.
Why are American corporations willing to invest in California prisons? One of the draw backs given by large corporations for not investing in so called third world countries is stability or the lack there of, in-stability. If this is a concern of those with money, the problem of stability must have been solved in the California prison
But how could prisons be sure of a ready supply of inmates/workers? No one can be sure just how many people will commit a crime and be caught at any given time. But we do know, many will come-in-contact-with-the-police in a give time. We also know that businessmen do not put their money on a hope or a dream/guess; they must be assured of stability or profits. Nor can anyone just check themselves into a prison, the only way you can get into a prison, is through the courts.
If that is true, then the courts must have assured the business community or business interests that a stable supply of workers/inmates will always be available in order to attract investors. What would the courts have to know in order to make such promise? They would have to have a way to put people, workers/inmates, in
prison as they are needed, not based on some random game of chance/crimes.
Over the Past 10 years or so the California laws have been change to allow for just that. And now the Federal laws have also been adjusted to allow a person to be placed in jail on "hearsay". Never before in America or California history has this been done.
We heard the talk of what's going on in China, remember the Kathie Gilford incident. But at the same time it has been reported that the prison industry in America is now competing with private industry. One such report spoke of a company forced to go out of business because of the cheap labor used inside of prisons to make
the very same products that had been made by this company, the story was reported on 60minutes. Could it be a form of Slave labor in America? Is there something going on we should be taking a look at? Has our government gone into business for itself?
Let's go back to the stability issue. In Los Angeles County 2002 Election March 5, 2002 Primary Election, of course in California, yes in America, with 140 plus seats up for election in the Superior Court system of the State of California, less than 10 seats were contested. Less than 10 had any choice at all. Election? What
election? If out of 140 seats, and there are really only 10 that can even be called a race with the possibility of something that might be called an election, how could anyone say an election was held? That means 130 or more positions were stable, or had been pre-decided by who knows who. That's over 90% of the races that
had stability and no choice for the people of the County of Los Angeles.
There was no random game of chance at work here, there was no real election, but it may have been some form of a crime against the people. In Los Angeles, there was a case where a LAPD Officer Raphael Perez was found to have framed some 80 innocent people. "The Rampart Scandal" it was called. The Federal
government investigation of the case found that Officer Perez and another black officer, acted alone. For that to be true, then Officer Perez would have to have arrested the innocent people, put them in his squad-car and delivered them to a California State Prison. If that did not happen, the Officer did not act alone. If any
one of those innocent people went through the California Judicial System and was either found guilty by a judge or jury, or forced into a plea bargain, then at least two other government entities had a hand and therefore were involved. Is there any doubt that both the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and a number of judges were involved?
Not only is Officer Peres at fault, The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is at fault and as such all who were so negligent or lazy to actually investigate as required under the laws of the State of California, with the resources of the state at their disposal, such that many innocence people went to prison, then those Deputy
District Attorneys were as guilty as Office Perez. The District Attorney's Office is mandated to find the "Truth" and is and was responsible to each and every one of those innocent people to learn the truth and free them. Instead they were the governmental entity that filed the charges and stood before the court and asked that these innocent people be put in a California Prison to work for maybe an American Corporations for X number of years to work for less than minimum wage at gun point. Do you think those people are happy with the system?
Not only is The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office guilty, so are the Judges of The Superior Court of The State of California who heard those cases at fault. The resources of The State of California are also at their disposal of the courts to help find the "Truth"! If any of these people had been given a fair trail none of this
would have happen. Each of them tried in vain to proclaim their innocence but it fell on deft ears, the judge.
For the above reasons we are in the process of preparing a petition of recall of the Head Judge of The Superior Court of The State of California, in and for The County of Los Angeles, and a number of Judges that now preside over California Courts that have proven themselves to be unfit; judges that have been found
guilty by The People of The State of California for costing the Tax Payers more than $100.000.000.00 in lawsuits and untold years of human suffering of innocent citizens.
We will also file a recall on The District Attorney's Office if all the Deputy District Attorneys that were involved with the above case are not fired publicly as promised by the DA now. There is already a recall that has been filled on the DA but for reasons other than those stated above. If he is removed for that reason,
then the next DA will face recall until all the Deputy District Attorneys that were involved are fired.
There were no excuses accepted on behalf of those innocent citizens falsely convicted and placed in prison and there was no payback for the hundreds of millions of dollars paid out of Los Angeles County tax money, and there will be no excuses or understanding for these incompetent people who continued to be paid with our
hard earned tax dollars. They may even be criminals themselves. The results are the same. All over America, the court has the last word on who will go to jail and who will go free. No one from Enron has gone to jail. Many judges pay little or no attention to our Constitution and allow money and power to influence their "$$$
judgment". Our law says that it is better that a 100 men go free than to put one innocent man in prison. Los Angeles Courts put at least 80 innocent men in prison and only the taxpayers were punished. The government who said nothing were equally as guilty, and none said a word. We the people will speak, and the world is
How Much Injustice Will It Take?
Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blow, or with both. The limits of
tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will.
