If your legislators were on the Joint Judiciary Committee
and you contacted them in support of this bill, thank you -- your activism
H.B. 5355 now goes to the floor of the House, where it will likely be referred to the Joint Public Health Committee. Last April, the Joint Public Health Committee passed H.B. 5100 by a 12-7 vote.
