Project Hope to Abolish the Death Penalty is a non-profit,
501(C)(3) tax exempt, non-denominational religious organization
and is not organized for the private gain of any one
individual. All donations to this organization are tax deductible. The
property of this organization is irrevocably dedicated
to charitable purposes, and no part of the net income or assets
shall ever be inure for the benefit of any director,
officer, or member of said organization. Nor shall any private person
make gain from the proceeds of this organization.
The purpose of this organization is to influence public opinion, through
education, regarding capital punishment.
