Dear Governor Riley my name is Earl Mundt and I worked on Patrick Swiney's case as far as gunshot residue is concerned for Sherry Swiney. All the information that we have gathered indicates that Patrick was wrongfully convicted. It seems that he needs medical attention as he has a heart condition that needs to be checked. I would appreciate it very much if you could look into this to see that he gets the proper medical treatment so he will be able to participate in this federal case to exonerate him of the charges.
