Subject: Re: Response to your emails
Captain Lacey,
Thank you for your response and I certainly accept your apology. I also appreciate your condolences. My mother was a very special person and everyone that knew her thought of how sweet and kind she was. This is why we are having a special service celebrating her life on Jan. 14, 2006. It will be quite an event. I assure you that there will not be room for all the people that loved her, yet she sought after no such notoriety. I understand that death is part of life, but losing this special person that was my mother has been very difficult for me. Especially the way she suffered during her life and at the end of her life in my battle against these false allegations, and how my fight for my innocence kept me from seeing her as often as I would have liked.
I agree that false allegations are not protected speech, and I wish all of us would be more diligent in questioning the mere words of a person angry or scorned. Even a person that loves another very much, at the end of a relationship and because of the subsequent confusion and pain may often say things that are not true because they are hurt and know no other way to respond. Of course some do it because they are self-centered and very evil and have calculated exactly what they are doing. Thank God I have learned to understand myself enough not to do this sick behavior, although I have never filed false accusations against anyone in my entire life. In these cases that I have fought it was all based on vengeance and motive to bring me harm and to get money or material things at the end of our relationship. Thank God it is getting more difficult to have another arrested based on a fabricated story and judges are beginning to question some of the information in TPO's that come before them. I know this first hand as I have often had false allegations lodged against me at the end of relationships and I have won every battle that I have fought in standing for my innocence. I signed a consent order one time (with Tena's big lie), because I was very ill and the attorney told me that I would not win and that this is what he recommended, and I have always regretted that as I believe I would have won. The thing that disturbs me most, is the fact that these individuals that commit these crimes of false swearing are almost never arrested for doing so. I tried without success to have Tena McDonald arrested for false swearing and, to this day, I have her own words on tape to prove it, yet they would not arrest her. What has happened to me should not happen in America.
I don't concern myself with the fact that these women are named in this email. They have no recourse against me and they all know it. If anyone has lawsuits to be filed, it is me against them. Especially in these cases concerning Tena McDonald or Jackie Wagner.
I'm sorry, but I feel that there has never been an investigation of any kind into my allegations against Mr. Peavy. And it seems that I must accept that there may never be one. I wrote to Governor Perdue and I met with him and the special assistant to the governor, Ben Fry. I received a letter from Governor Perdue (or in reality probably from his legal staff) that said that he would have the G.B.I. "review" my case. Upon further investigation into this matter I learned that his use of the word "review" instead of the word "investigate" simply meant that nothing would be done on my case. I wrote the governor another letter and asked him to change the phrase from asking them to "review my case" to asking them to "investigate my case" but his legal staff tells me that this is not going to happen and it seems that I may have to accept that as well.
I have never insinuated that the Cherokee County Sheriff's office as a whole is corrupt. In fact if you read the letter to Roger Garrison, you will see that I commended him on a job well done in his dealings with such a fast growing population as we have in Cherokee County. And I have certainly never called you corrupt in any of my correspondence with you. I have only pointed out that I believe that Mr. Peavy committed crimes against me and violated his oath of office and his duty in his actions in dealing with my case and his attempts to manufacture my guilt and that possibly other officers covered for him.
I have also never made any negative comments about the District Attorney. In fact, after meeting with Mr. Moss and giving him some documents several months ago and asking him to please look into my case, I mentioned to my attorney, Jimmy Berry, that he seems like an nice guy. I also put in one of my documents on my site that I had given him these documents and that it was my hope and my prayer that he would do the right thing. I wrote a positive article to the newspaper as well in response to his asking for transcripts of witnesses statements from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department before he went to the Grand Jury for an indictment, and I fully believe had Mr. Moss or anyone from his office read the transcripts of the interviews (and the longer interview was never transcribed, for good reason because it further substantiates Ms. Wagner's unbalanced mental state and her dishonesty, until I paid Shirley Smith from the warrant division $350.00 do it) with this unbalanced, dishonest and violent woman that made these false accusations against me, an indictment may have never been pursued.
I respect your statement that you would not work for a corrupt Sheriff. I too refuse to be a part of any kind of wrong doing or corruption. In fact I worked for a large skydiving center that was very corrupt and I refused to be part of their corruption and to scam customers out of money. This made it very difficult for me because the owners were very well to do, in fact one is a millionaire, and they had a great deal of clout in the skydiving industry. Still, I refused to be part of any form of dishonesty, no matter what the result and I let the Glenn Bangs, President of the United States Parachute Association, know it. It turns out that the United States Parachute Association, just a few months ago, expelled both of the owners individual memberships for life, and expelled all three skydiving centers that they own and their group memberships to the United States Parachute Association for life. It came in God's time, not in mine.
I think if you look at my emails again, you will find that none of my emails state anything about the Sheriff's Office being corrupt. The emails that refer to corruption, state only a reference to "CORRUPTION IN CHEROKEE COUNTY" and do not refer to any overall organization. My reference to corruption, and Jeff Rusbridge is a witness to this, is for the most part dealing with the actions of Mr. Peavy and his attempts to obstruct justice and to ignore exculpatory evidence in this case that he had brought against me and to those that covered for his actions.
About two months ago I got a call from my girlfriend telling me that Evidence had called and wanted me to come pick up my crossbow. I called Evidence and this was indeed the case, and I went and picked it up. I talked to my attorney's assistant and she told me that my charges were being moved to state court, and then they would be dismissed. I then talked with Jeff Rusbridge and he told me that he had talked with Mr. Moss and that my charges were being dismissed (Nolle Prosqui). I then talked with Holly from the DA's office and she told me that she had prepared the order herself and that it was with the judge and she was waiting for it to be returned to her desk. I called back the next week, and Holly told me that she still had not gotten the order back from the judge. I went to talk with Mr. Rogers about going to a skydive center in Florida in order to be able to work, but he would not talk with me because I have an attorney. I then noticed the Ten Commandments on the wall and asked for permission to take pictures of them, which was granted. I later called and left a message with Holly, explaining that I was wanting to get permission to go to South Florida (Zephyr Hills which has a big skydiving center) and I wanted to get my bond money as soon as possible. A short time later I received a voice mail from Holly stating that she was mistaken, and that my order was still in the hands of Wally Rogers. I then talked with my attorney, and he told me that I could go on to Florida to work, and that he would talk with Wally. I never heard back from him and before I made it to Florida, I got a call from my younger brother that my mother was not doing very well. I then went home and then on up to Tennessee to see her. I stayed there nearly two weeks (except to come home one day and get cloths) until she passed on. I don't want to bother Mr. Moss or Mr. Rogers, and I've be told by my attorney not to bother them and to just wait for them to get this order signed by the judge. I do wish you would note how the "Chain of Custody" was left blank just before my trial in the evidence record at the bottom of this page and tell me what you think. http://www.patrickcrusade.org/Kerry_Walker_Case_information.html
The God that I serve is simply the only Creator of this universe and everything in it that has not been made by the hand of man, and I refer to Him as the Big "G" God. I believe there is only one God and that God is the energy behind all Creation with the changes over time or the Great Architect of the Universe. Personally I'm not one much for organized established religion. I have studied the writings of our Founding Fathers and my belief in God is the same as theirs. Although, I accept people as perfect just the way they are and I have learned not to judge others as long as they do not bring harm to others and are good and honest people. My ability to fight for my innocence without going crazy or losing my mind or doing something stupid, has been primarily because of acceptance, and because of my relationship to God. God has shown me how to be content in my troubles and I have learned how to enjoy my troubles instead of letting them destroy me. I have learned so much about our country and about our legal system and the law, and I have learned a great deal about myself. I have studied hundreds of cases and learned that there are probably over a hundred thousand people in prison in this great country that are not guilty of the crimes as they have been charged. In fact many people in this group are completely innocent and had nothing to do with the crime they were convicted for. I have learned that one out of seven people convicted of violent felonies in this country have been cleared by DNA evidence. This tells me that there is something wrong with our legal system, and that we all need to take a better look.
Like you said, my relationship with God demands that I be as concerned with the welfare of others as I am concerned with myself. This is very arduous and I have to ask God for help not to allow me to be indifferent or superficial about the misfortunes of others as most of us are. I have learned the most difficult thing is agape love and in dying to self in order to live a life of goodness and love and to walk with this energy behind all Creation. It is arduous to die to self and to live a life of righteousness, but it is also a natural state if we just surrender to God. As the Declaration of Independence says, "Our Creator endowed us with natural rights."
I sent a copy of those emails that were not posted to the webmaster. After looking at them, I'm quite sure I sent them to him the first time and I even made color copies of them but he may have just missed them when he was putting them on the site.
Thank you for your time and please let me know if there is anything else that concerns you or if you are interested in anything else related to my case or my allegations against Mr. Peavy.
Regards,
Kerry Craig Walker

Mr. Walker,
I fully apologize for what you call my slandering of your family name. It was not my intent to slander you or your family. I merely typed your first name instead of your last. I was in a hurry, made a mistake, and I am sorry if it offended you.
I am also sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine losing my mother, although I know it will happen one day. I send my condolences. I pray that you will find comfort and the ability to cope with your loss.
The names of which I spoke were the names of the three women mentioned in the email I sent you. Scroll down and you will see them. You may want to remove them before posting them on the web, or not, it is up to you.
Yes, there is something in this country called freedom of speech, but not all speech is protected by the First Amendment. People are not free to say anything anytime they wish. For instance, I’m sure you’ll agree that lies are not protected speech. False allegations are not protected speech, neither is hate speech or speech that is unwanted or unlawful. Someone cannot just call me on the telephone in the name of free speech, especially if I have put them on notice that I do not wish to be called.
I sympathize with your frustration. I have truly tried to help you. The place to redress whether you are criminally guilty or not is in the courts here in Cherokee County. I have worked here for 15 years and have only seen one instance of judicial impropriety. I can assure you that this agency has and will investigate any matters of criminal behavior that come to our attention. I was actually involved in the criminal investigation involving a magistrate judge in Cherokee. The JQC did its job as did the Sheriff’s Office and the result was a good one.
I have known the DA for as long as I have been here in Cherokee. Mr. Moss and I don’t always agree on things but I have never known him to be a corrupt person, personally or professionally. He will do the right thing. If he thinks you are guilty, he will prosecute you. If he does not, he will ask that the charges be dismissed. It is that simple. The fact that you disagree with him and the way he handles things is not proof of corruption. To call it so is liable and slanderous. If you have evidence, present that to the governor.
I would not work for a corrupt Sheriff. Roger Garrison is one of the most decent and morally upright persons I have ever known. I would not work for him otherwise. I take great offense to constantly be inundated with emails from you stating that the Sheriff’s Office is corrupt. By doing this you are slandering MY family name (as everyone in my community associates my father, mother, sisters, my wife and other family members with me and me with the Sheriff’s Office).
You say in your latest email, “God knows my heart and my relationship to truth or God is my primary concern.” If this is a true statement, and if you serve the same God that I do, then we have something in common. God also knows my heart and my relationship with Him is my only concern, although my relationship with Him demands that I be concerned with the welfare of others as I am concerned with myself.
By calling the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office corrupt you are calling me corrupt. I am asking you to quit calling me corrupt. Especially in emails that you specifically address to me.
Sincerely,
Captain Edward Lacey

"Mr. Kerry,
I was reviewing your documentation on the PC web site http://www.patrickcrusade.org/kerry_letters.html
It appears you are missing some documentation <or> have only picked certain pieces of information to post.
I have included below a copy of my April 12th email to you so you can post it on the web so that readers won’t be partially informed. You may wish to redact some of the names to avoid liability, but that is up to you.
I find it interesting that this email was not posted.
Captain Lacey"
Captain Lacey,
I actually did remove you from my email list back when you asked me to do so. I have sent hundreds of emails out since then that did not have your email address in my list. I added your name to this email at the last moment, out of nothing more than frustration (after seeing this article in the Cherokee Tribune online), and thinking that it was something I should also send to you. I should hope that in this great country of the United States of America, that I should at least hold the First Amendment right to freedom of speech, as it helps me deal with the sad loss of my mother and the events that have transpired over the past five years of my life because some low class women that I got involved with were BIG FAT LIARS (as I have absolute proof), and they were very good in the skill of manipulation and false allegations (as I have absolute proof of this as well).
God knows my heart and my relationship to truth or God is my primary concern. I'm not perfect and the fact that I am fallible is the only reason that I may have omitted this email from you in the info that was posted. In fact, I may have sent this info to the fellow posting this information and he overlooked it when he posted the info I sent to him. Plus the fact that my computer crashed several months back after I left it on during a severe thunder storm and the phone line was hit by lightning and I had to find someone that would help me to salvage the data on my hard drive. Also, I had to deal with this fellow posting information for me on this website when he could find time for me as he was swamped, and I was also low on money to pay him his fees (It took several weeks and sometimes longer to get documents posted). Therefore, for all of the above reasons much of the info that I would have liked to have posted, never got posted, but I can assure you, and God is my witness, that I never intentionally left anything off to mislead the reader and I apologize if I did so and will attempt to get this email posted that you sent me if it is not there.
As far as any names that I have mentioned, I don't know specifically what names you are concerned about, but I have only intended to present the facts and the truth of my case and if there is someone specific that you want to point out, by all means, let me know. I have lost a half million dollar home that I built from the ground up and the property I bought to build it on, and a list of things too long to mention here, in fighting for my innocence and building a case for my defense, so I have nothing left to sue for. I have worked hard and spent money in pursing my ratings with the United States Parachute Association, and I have been successful in earning these extremely difficult ratings. I have suffered more than you could imagine and my family, especially my dear mother, suffered as well. I have done well standing up to the truth and letting the light shine on my innocence, and I know that my late father would be proud of me, as he was very proud of me when he passed on. In fact some of his friends told me that he wore himself out bragging about me and this awesome home that I was physically building from the ground up on property that was so dear to him and so dear to me, at the corner of the Etowah River and Lake Allatoona. My sweet mother was also proud of me, but her fear of our, all too often, unjust system took it's toll on her at the end of her fragile life. She knew that I had admitted my wrongs and had repented from my past on April 12, 1992 and that my integrity and sobriety was solid as a rock, and she was a witness to the actions and false allegations at the end of relationships that these low class women employed.
With all due respect sir, I find it a bit disrespectful of you to call me "Mr. Kerry". I don't know that you intend this as a form of disrespect, but my name is Mr. Walker and I would prefer you to have respect for me and for my family's name when addressing me.
Please let me know if there is anything else that concerns you or if there is anything more about my case or Mr. Peavy's actions that you would care to look into.
Regards,
Kerry Craig Walker
