I thought about two more facts to add to the list of a Motion for a Change of Venue.

A. The defendant has filed a complaint in the form of an Incident Report for Violation of Oath of Office by the former Investigator Peavy, and for Felony Tampering with Evidence by an Officer of the State.

B. The defendant has filed a complaint with Internal Affairs and this investigation is still open.

Note: I also have a petition drawn up to be sent to the District Attorney to request an investigation into these allegations. I need Jimmy to read this and to give me his advice. I will send it as an attachment.
