Kerry Walker Case: Facts

"A popular Government without popular information or the means of acquiring it, is but a prologue to a farce or a tragedy or perhaps both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives."

--James Madison--

I have proof of violations of my Constitutional rights here in Cherokee County and I have the best witnesses I could hope for. Jeffery Rusbridge was my first attorney on this case that originated from an incident on September 16, 2001, and he is now a very powerful and honest witness. I have a taped interview with him that I did on June 10, 2005 that documents his testimony to the fact of violations against me that are direct violations of my Constitutional Rights.

There have also been solid allegations of Violations of Oath of Office and Felony Tampering with Evidence, which amount to Obstruction of Justice. An Incident Report on these violations has been made and the incidents have been reported to Internal Affairs and to the District Attorney, and others. The Assistant to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney Generals, all referred me back to the District Attorney. It is often difficult to get someone that is part of the system to consider that an officer of that very system has done wrong. I’m hoping that Mr. Moss will do an honest and thorough investigation, and on the one hand I have must have faith that he will, but on the other hand I must maintain a healthy dose of doubt and question his willingness in all of this.

Look, this is an important case. The only witness at the scene was never interviewed and other evidence was ignored, and the (former) Detective Peavy is a dishonest man that will do anything to obstruct justice and to ignore and alter proof that a man is not guilty. Thank God he is no longer a detective, but unfortunately he now works in uniform patrol. I was charged with trumped up charges of Simple Assault, Obstruction of 911, and Simple Battery. The Simple Assault charge was later upgraded to Aggravated Assault, and a second indictment added back the charge of Simple Assault. If anyone takes the time to simply look at the facts of this case they will come to the same conclusion. I am not only not guilty of these charges, but I was the victim and not the perpetrator.

Fact: The only witness at the scene was never interviewed.

Fact: A transcript of a recording of me talking to the alleged victim was doctored to eliminate conversation that supported my innocence.

Fact: Investigators ignored Evidence when it was collected that I attempted to point out to them and that supported my innocence.

Fact: Two witnesses will testify that they saw this evidence before it was collected-- One is a lawyer and the other an expert witness.

Fact: At my first trial in November 2002 this evidence was altered to eliminate evidence that was the crux of my defense.

Like I said, I have an expert witness, Wade Pittman, and a citizen witness, Drew Mayo, and then Jeffery Rusbridge, that are all powerful witnesses to the facts of my case and the violations of my Constitutional Rights and my rights under the law. There is much more in the way of corruption and deceit to this story, and I have the truth all written down if you want to read it.

For God's sake, please contact me and investigate this. I have spent over $42,000.00 fighting the corruption here in Cherokee County and I have spent $26,000.00 in legal fees. I promise you this--- If this case is investigated by anyone that will help me it will have far reaching impact! The corruption is so bad here that people are afraid to fight it and I have evidence of this as well. I refuse to give up or to be afraid to fight for my freedom and the freedom of others.

I hope we can all get together and find a way to bring this corruption to the public’s eye. We did a protest down in Houston County, the Governor's hometown, last month that a friend of mine organized. There is a great deal to be questioned about the justice system there as well. We hope to do a protest here in Canton soon. I know there is so much corruption in our country that it is difficult to fathom. If you can help by investigating the facts of my case please email me or call me at 404 886-2503.

I need others to support me in my fight against the corruption in the legal system. Please contact me and let me go over the facts of my case and the documents, tapes and witnesses that I have to support my innocence so you can investigate this case for me. This case has been dragging on by no fault of mine for over 45 months yet I made several demands in the very beginning for my attorney to file a Motion for a Speedy Trial, and I have this in writing.

May God bless, and I hope that something good will come out of all of this. We must have courage to fight to uncover malfeasance and never give up fighting for the truth and nothing but the truth.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Kerry Craig Walker
