These documents show that the ADA that prosecuted my case had his bar suspended for a year back in 1993. While this attorney was under investigation by the State Bar he came to Cherokee County, Georgia and got a job as a part time judge. After he was disbarred for one year (license suspended), he was removed from being an associate judge, but he remained on the payroll in Canton, Georgia! During this time he was found to "exhibit signs of depression, resignation, and a defeatist attitude" and was forced to undergo "psychological evaluation" by the State Bar of Georgia. After his license was reinstated, he became a prosecutor in Cherokee County, and has remained one of the main prosecutors since. His name is Wallace W. Rogers, Jr.. He is the demented individual that cranked up my dead (and bogus) case and put me back on the trial calendar long after the court failed to promptly dispose of the business of the court and violated my rights to due process and the Judicial Code of Conduct as stated in the Canon for judges. They had also covered up for felony tampering with evidence by the former Detective and former Deputy Sheriff, Preston Peavy. Mr. Rogers actions caused me to hire another attorney and to continue this madness until it killed my mother, did further damage to my brothers health and my health, and caused further harm to my loved ones, as well as to cost me many thousands more financially. This is also the man that was in la la land when he filed the motion to dismiss my charges and who put together a motion that was not consistent with any of the facts of my case.

The question is: When is this circus of clear and blatant destruction of human beings by means of deception, corruption, fraud, and criminal actions by officers of the state and public officials, and the cover up by the same, going to stop in Cherokee County, Georgia?

Update! Case information – October 28, 2005
Also find a copy of the Property/Evidence Control Record which shows how that chain of custody "flow" does not flow properly and there is a BLANK space just before my first trial, where this piece of critical evidence had been "tampered" with to "eliminate proof of my innocence". This made it impossible for me to find out who altered this evidence that had become the crux of my defense in court! This had become the crux of my defense only because all other exculpatory evidence had been ignored or altered to eliminate proof of my innocence and the fact that I was in truth the VICTIM of a violent crime and the perpetrator of NONE. This copy was reluctantly given to me after I was contacted to pick up this "evidence" (my crossbow), and it was another action by the local Sheriff Department to alter evidence by doctoring this form to cover for whomever committed FELONY TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE by cleaning the dust off the shaft of this crossbow, which according to an "expert" witness, was proof that the accuser's story could not be true. Just after the "expert" witness had seen this crossbow, attorney Jeff Rusbridge notified the state and told them to "preserve this evidence", as it was NOW the CRUX of my defense!

The Psychotic Terrorist

How would you like it if you were the victim of a brutal crime and you were beat severely and you were ridiculed, tormented, dominated, controlled, threatened continuously and beat on by some psychotic nutcase? This living hell goes on all night long. Then, the next day this person ends up in a vehicle with you, because she has no other way home, and you are threatened, tormented, and controlled some more, and when you demand that she get out of your car, she blatantly refuses. Your vehicle overheats and you stop for water, and you are ridiculed and belittled the entire time while dealing with this reality of an over heated engine. You demand again that this person get out of your car, but, again, she stead fast refuses. You finally make it to your destination and you are confused as to what to do next. You know one thing for sure; you did not want this person back in a vehicle with you. You suggest to her that she have someone come get her. Then it is demanded of you to do something that you did not want to do.

She demands, “You’re gonna take me where your found me!” When you refuse you are threatened again and then met by more physical violence, and threatened and cursed even more. You finally relinquish and agree to take this person where they want to go and on the way there you are belittled and threatened continuously, and you are threatened by this nutcase with a story to be concocted in order to have you arrested! You fear for your safety and are being tormented as you drive with this person right up in your face and hitting her fist into her hand violently, and telling you how she is “going to have you arrested and all of your f***ing money is not going to get you out of it.” You fear that you will be met with more physical violence, and you beg her not to hit you again. Your head is still pounding from an earlier severe blow to your eye. Your eye is severely blackened and your chest is hurting from a violent punch and then multiple forceful jabs with her fingers hard into your chest. She says this over and over that she is going to get you, using profanity and having violent control over you. You finally get her where she wants to go, and you stop to let her out, but before she gets out of the vehicle she become more enraged and torments you some more and screams how she is going to get you!

She finally gets out of your vehicle and slams the door and you leave as fast as you can go. Thank God that is over! Then when you get back home, you call the police and file a report on what happened. Then several days later you have two detectives come to you house investigating a report that this nutcase filed several days after the incident, and several days after you filed your report. They investigate you and interrogate you as if to be trying to get you and in such a way that it makes you feel like you are being looked at as the perpetrator. You are cooperative because you were the victim, and though you feel uneasy by their approach, you know you have done nothing wrong and you just want to cooperate. You relent to their every request. Then one of the detectives asks you if there were any witnesses and you say, “Yes, there was a witness. He just drove up a few minutes ago. He’s here now, do you want to talk to him?” The detective says, “No, that will not be necessary sir, have a nice day,” and shakes your hand and leaves.

Several days later you are getting ready to go to work and there is someone at the door. You go to the door and it is a deputy sheriff. You open the door and ask, “Can I help you?” The officer responds, “Yes, are you Mr. so and so?” You say, “Yes, what’s going on?” The officer says, “Please turn around and put your hands behind your back. You are under arrest.” You are in shock!!

The nightmare that you had endured a little over a week ago has started all over. And this nightmare continues on for four years, with criminal acts perpetuated against you by an officer of the State in brutal acts of obstruction of justice in order to secure the appearance of your guilt and to manipulate everything that proves your innocence. You spend tens of thousands of dollars on legal fees and you loose your dream home and almost everything you own. Your mother spends the last years of life with the pressure of this nightmare destroying her, and all your loved ones suffer for you, knowing the reality of what really happened.

This woman stalks you and torments you for years as you wait for your nightmare to end. You become caught up in a system that is more selfish and bizarre than she is, and the nightmare never seems to go away...

This is what is happening to me.
