Dear Mr. Moss, June 12, 2005

I have a friend that is an honest police officer named Michael and he is familiar with the facts of my case. He has been very helpful in standing up for me, and he stands behind the facts as they have actually happened in reality, just as Mr. Rusbridge, Mr. Mayo and Mr. Pittman do. I have been in touch with Rep. Byrd and I have sent her some documents on my case. She also told me that she
talked briefly with Jeff Rusbridge in the beginning. I have talked with her several times and I have these conversations documented. The last conversation I had with her she told me that she had a friend investigating my case. I asked her who this friend was and she told me that she was not going to give me his name, but that he was a very dear friend and he had been looking into it. I explained to
Rep. Byrd that there could not have been an investigation because no one has contacted me to hear my side of this story about the obstructions of justice, or the evidence that I have, nor has anyone contacted the three main witnesses for me in my case. She then stated that I had been involved with problems with women in the past, and that I was just going to have to see this through. My
question is what does any problems with other women have to do with the facts of this case, especially since they made nothing but false allegations against me, extorted money from me, and other acts of violence towards me? The fact that I was never arrested for anything alone should be proof enough of that, but if it is not enough I have tons of well documented proof. I asked her to please have this person call me so that I can tell them my side of this story and give them the proof I have of the facts in this case. She said that she would talk to him and see if he needed any more information, and if he did she would let me know.

Just after talking with her I called this officer friend, and explained to him everything that Rep. Byrd said. He told me in no uncertain terms that he did not believe her and that she was just being a politician and telling me what I wanted to hear. Michael told me that there is no way that anyone had investigated my case if they had not contacted me or any of my witness to find out my side of the
story and the evidence that supports it. I have talked to all three witnesses and none of them have been contacted by anyone in reference to any kind of investigation at all.

I called the next morning to talk to Rep. Byrd, but she was not available, and I talked to Mike Byrd. I explained to him about talking with my friend that is a police officer, and I told him what he said. He told me that he would contact you and for me to call him back in a week.

I had a meeting with Jeffery Rusbridge, who is a very honest lawyer, and I recorded this hour-long meeting with his effortless consent, and this man stands firmly behind all the claims that I make. I get along with this lawyer so good, simply because he is an honest man and a man of integrity, with no motives behind what he does. He stands behind all the incidents that I have been claiming all along and is the most powerful witness I could ever hope for. My God, what this world would be like if everyone just did then next right thing like Mr. Rusbridge does. If we all could learn to die to self, and naturally step out of our egos, this world would be a great place to live.

Both this police officer and Jeffery Rusbridge have told me that the former Detective Peavy and officer’s under his command violated my rights through the obstruction of justice and that there should be criminal liability. This officer has asked me not to give out his name, and I can respect that. If he is needed to testify in a court case that will be another matter, and we will consider that then.

Please meet with Jeffery Rusbridge and discuss this case with him and you will find the truth in this matter. You should also meet with my other witnesses, Drew Mayo and Wade Pittman. I am a recovering addict, with over thirteen years of sobriety, and I am a very good person. In fact, I refuse to go along with anything that is dishonest or corrupt in any way, and I am a threat to anything and
anyone that is. In fact this is why some people don’t like me and desire to bring me harm. I am not perfect, sir, but I am no criminal and I am non-violent. The truth is, and I will say it again, I am not a criminal, as some people would have you believe I am. I have suffered more than you will ever know from bad choices I made in women and I have lost everything that I dreamed of and from which
dreams I miraculously fulfilled. I have now learned through research how to identify the common characteristics of a dangerous woman, and I’ve been in a relationship for some three years with a woman that is not out to bring harm to anyone. I have become a fly by night legal expert and I have learned a great deal about the legal system and domestic violence. I simply request and pray that you do a complete and thorough investigation into my case and the allegations I have made.
