STATE OF GEORGIA
OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR certified mail no. 7005 0390 0005 4543 8690
Atlanta, 30334-0900
Dear Governor Perdue, July 14, 2005
I received your reply to my request dated May 26 and June 15, 2005 for you to look into these crimes committed against me. I fully understand that you cannot get
involved in the adjudication process and I fully understand the separation of powers between the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government. I’m a student of
the Constitution, the State Constitution, and the Federalist Papers and I also know the law and I could put together a dissertation to support my argument, but I hope that will
not be necessary.
However, it is my understanding that according to law and according to the conditions of your Oath of Office, if there have been alleged crimes committed against me
by the State and you having been made aware of these crimes, and I having filed the necessary reports and complaints and having said evidence and said witnesses to these
crimes, then it is not only within your power to have these claims investigated by either the District Attorney or the Attorney General or for you to assign it to an outside
source to be investigated, but you are obligated by law to do so. In fact for you not to have these alleged criminal behaviors by an Officer of the State and the subsequent
violations of my rights by means of Obstruction of Justice investigated or in the event that you are covering up for these crimes committed against me could amount to you
having committed a crime yourself.
Please reconsider the information that I sent to you. Again, I am not asking that you intervene in the adjudication process, but rather, I am asking you to have crimes
committed against me by an Officer of the State and the Obstruction of Justice against me by this officer of the State and possibly other officers of the State investigated.
Obviously, I cannot expect to get a fair trial in an environment of dishonesty and corruption, and where the obstruction of justice has taken place. I hereby accept your Oath
of Office to uphold the Constitution and to protect my rights.
Thank you for your concern and for your help in this matter.
Regards,
Kerry Walker
