The Kerry Walker Story

(Nightmare in Georgia)

STATE OF GEORGIA

OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR

Atlanta, 30334-0900

Dear Governor Perdue,

October 5, 2005

I sent you a letter in response to the letter I received from your office and your office received my letter on 7/15/05, yet I never got a response from you on it.

I talked to several people in your office and no one was very helpful to me in dealing with the reality of my situation and the facts of the injustice and malfeasance that has been lodged against me.

I talked with Judy and she didn’t seem to understand how to deal with my situation at all. She just rattled off this same theme of how you could not get involved with legal matters.

I also talked with Norris Smith, and he was very indifferent and superficial about these crimes committed against me and he kept saying that you could not get involved with my legal issues. I explained to him that I sent you a letter in response to the letter I received from your office that basically said that you could not get involved in the adjudication process. He said that the letter said nothing about the adjudication process, but mentioned that you could not get involved in my legal issues. I explained to Mr. Smith that my “legal issues” in my case is the same thing as the “adjudication process”, and that I’m trying to get you to get an outside agency to look into serious malfeasance and I have all the proof in the world and very good witness as well. But Mr. Smith did not understand and in fact he even said that the crimes committed against me by this officer of the state were also a legal issue that you could not get involved with“legal issues.”

From my understanding and according to an attorney and Derick Corbett from John Linder’s office and from my research of your role as Governor of my state, this is just not true. You can get involved if my complaint concerns crimes committed against me by an Officer of the State in the form of Obstruction of Justice, Felony Tampering with Evidence, and Violation of Oath of Office. In fact Derick Corbett told me to tell you that you could contact him concerning this matter.

In fact my first attorney, Jeff Rusbridge (an honest lawyer), is one of the key witness to these crimes of obstruction committed against me by an Officer of the State. I also have an expert witness (Wade Pittman) and a very good citizen witness (Drew Mayo). I also have an honest cop that is familiar with the details of my case and he is on my side on this.

Again, I point out that this is not about the adjudication process, but, rather, it is concerning the fact that the former detective, Mr. Peavy, committed brutal crimes against me in an attempt to manufacture evidence and to make me look guilty and to ignore evidence that proved my innocence as well as to alter evidence brought into a trial setting that was the crux of my defense to prove my innocence. Not only that this investigator never interviewed the only witness at the scene, Mr. Drew Mayo. It is my understanding that according to your Oath of Office, you should protect my rights by simply appointing an outside investigation into this very serious matter. All I am asking is for you to be right with our Creator and have my case looked into by the GBI or the Attorney General’s office, or some outside investigation that you feel would be fair and that would bring about truth and justice in my case.

Thank you for your time and your concern in this matter and I wish the best for you and yours and may God and truth be within you.

Thanks again for your help in this matter.

Regards,

Mr. Kerry C. Walker
