March 03, 2002 3:52 AM - Here are excerpts of a letter written to PATRICK CRUSADE from A.K. Rosemond who has been with us for over 3 years.  If you can assist him in obtaining any of the information he's requesting, please write to him directly in South Carolina.  He needs research done on the RNM system and the medical prescriptions they are giving to him.

Dear P.A.T.R.I.C.K. Members:

On three occasions, I asked this lawyer to raise the same issues from the first PCR Lawyer (Pamela Wilkins) who happened to receive a new job at Neighborhood Legal Services in Lexington, SC.  The same issues that she outlined before she left.  He determined the issues that he wanted to be raised.  With the 1996 Habeas Bill (Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act), all issues need to be raised, and if not, it's waived (Title 28 USC, Sec 2254 [d]).  He should have raised the Altercated Booking Report where someone changed the time, footprint and hair that don't belong to me or the victims, and so many more relevant issues he just totally disregarded on purpose to have me killed, and not I'm not sure if I'll be able to prove my innocence.

David I. Bruck asked the judge for a Court Order to have me moved from Lieber to Broad River Correction Facility in Columbia, SC.  He had me moved to a unit where no one knew me.  His partner (Robert Lominack) stated that the purpose was to be near them before the PCR Court Hearing for ten days to go over the case.  But it actually turned out to be a different agenda.  They anted me to take Risperdal Medication for ten days.  The dosage that they wanted me to take was 1MG1POQHS X3days.  Then, 1MG1POQAM and 1POQHS X3days.  Then IMG1POQAM and 2POQHS X4 days. Then D/C. Please let me know what this dosage would do to a calm/normal person by contacting a college of Pharmacy.

David prevaricated about the request for the Court Order.  I received a phone call from Robert about leaving on Friday to go to Broad River Correctional in Columbia, SC.  Robert said, "I will come and see you."  But Robert never showed up.  I was transported to Broad River and upon my first nigh there, the nurse showed up with Rispecdal Medication.  I stated to her that I wasn't on ay type of medication.  The next day, I met with Dr. Morgan who said, "Dr. Pinkis found some abnormal brain defect and wants you to take this medicine to clear this matter up."  These doctors didn't perform a computerized axial tomography nor a magnetic resonance imaging, and no electromagnetic photograph (X-ray).  Dr. Morgan also said, "We want you to take this medicine before having an MRI performed."  I expressed to him that I didn't like medication because of the side effects.  Dr. Mogan said, "The only side effect is that it will make you sleepy."

I wrote the judge about the misconduct and here is the results.  Judge Alford did call for a minor investigation about the competence exam but Dr. Pamela M. Crawford crossed the line.  Dr. Crawford met with David's associate doctor (Steven Shea) and obtained copies of the trial transcripts.  David is the lawyer who represented Susan Smith and wrote the article that appeared in the State Newspaper (www.thestate.com) on November 12, 2001, pg. A9.  David and his associates are the ones who tried to hurt me.  Dr. Crawford and Dr. Shea work/worked together at William S. Hall Psychiatric Center in Columbia, SC.  I had no need for this competence exam but unfortunately the judge don't know me. Since I wrote the judge about the misconduct, David placed the RNM system on me [RMN = Remote Neural Monitoring], just like his other clients here.  Details on RNM can be located from these sources:

1) United States Courthouse, Washington, D.C. the case of John St. Clair, Akwei, NSA at Ft. Mead (Civil Action 92-0449),
the presiding US District Court Judge was Staley Sporkin.

Misconduct hearing.  I was awakened at 4:00 a.m. to get ready for court which I had no knowledge of.  Without notice, I didn't have time to retrieve my documents and call my witnesses.  Within one/two minutes before entering the courtroom, I found out about the issues to be raised.  Also, Dr. Crawford didn't do the needed research work about RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring), which is very unfair!  David wasn't pleased with the hearing and he took Dr. Crawford out in the hall and placed her back on the stand where she said I was demented for (1) because she don't know anything about the RNM system and (2) to conceal David I. Bruck, an Associate's transgression.

Need some help, especially a lawyer outside of South Carolina.
Now, I'm placed with he burden to locate as much information as possible to educate the judge and assistant attorney general
about the RNM system, but it is rather hard to obtain the needed materials from here.
I'm trying to get a copy of the case of John St. Clair Akwei NSA at Ft. Mead (Civil Action 92-0449)
(www.rense.com/political/weapons/nsa.html) (http://www.trufax.org/trans/akwei.html)

If feasible, please contact these people for verification:

1) Kerry Dunn, 228 S. 40th Street, P.O. Box 30854, Philadelphia, PA 19104, the former worker-legal worker who worked
on this case from 1999 to 2001.  She now lives in Philadelphia, works in New York an attends school at the University of
Penn.  She has knowledge about the medicine order/but not the Remote Neural Monitoring System.  We didn't talk about
RNM before she left.  Just about the medicine order.

2)  Roosevelt Rosemond, 19 Maudie Street, Greenville, SC 29605 - 864-299-0705, after 5 p.m. - my daddy.

3)  Juanita Madden, 123 Lockman Dr., Greenville, SC 29611 - 864-295-3114 - my aunt.

4)  Charles Rosemond, 15 Pinedale Dr., Greenville, SC 29609 - 864-235-1180 - my uncle.

I need some help!  I need all the information that I can get about RNM to educate the judge and assistant attorney general.
Please let me know how much it will cost and I'll try to borrow some money.
But by all means, try to purchase a copy of the Mark of the New World Order book for yourself.  So much more is within this
book besides Remote Neural Monitoring.
Once again, thank you so very much for the information that you have already sent.

Take care and Sincerely,
A.K. Rosemond
