Hidden Harmonic Codes of the Universe — David Sereda
Using mathematical calculations, Sereda conducted lab experiments, building a small harmonic set of wave generators which he used with stones. Certain stones, he explained, have the capacity to hold an electrical charge, and he was able to program codes into the stones, such that they could raise a person’s electrical current by touching them. These differential harmonic codes could act “as conduits to extract energy out of the zero point field and pull it into the physical dimension,” he stated.

Advanced LIGO — The Next Step in Gravitational Wave Astronomy
Gravitational waves offer a remarkable opportunity to see the universe from a new perspective, providing access to astrophysical insights that are available in no other way. The Initial LIGO gravitational wave detectors have completed observations at and beyond their original design sensitivity, and the data have been interpreted to establish new upper limits on gravitational-wave flux. Another data run with the modified Enhanced LIGO detectors is currently underway.

The Advanced LIGO project will completely upgrade the three U.S. gravitational wave interferometers, bringing these instruments to sensitivities that should make gravitational wave detections a routine occurrence.  The gravitational wave “sky” is entirely unexplored. Since many prospective gravitational wave sources have no corresponding electromagnetic signature (e.g., black hole interactions), there are good reasons to believe that the gravitational-wave sky will be substantially different from the electromagnetic one. Mapping the gravitational-wave sky will provide an understanding of the universe in a way that electromagnetic observations cannot. As a new field of astrophysics it is quite likely that gravitational wave observations will uncover new classes of sources not anticipated in our current thinking.

We study the relationship between international trade, technology, and the probability and consequences of job displacement, using data on displaced workers as well as those at risk of job dislocation for 1984–86 and 1989–91.

Workers employed in industries with elevated import shares and high levels of investment in computers appear to have increased rates of job loss, with the results for export penetration varying on the time period examined. These risks do not, however, translate into unfavorable post–displacement labor market outcomes. Indeed, there is some evidence that individuals displaced from export–oriented sectors have fewer adjustment problems than the generality of dislocated workers, while those terminated from sectors investing heavily in computer technologies are more likely to retain health insurance coverage. That being said, our findings are frequently sensitive to the choice of specifications and time periods.
